Product information

Fermoie cushions are handmade in Wiltshire, England. Our outdoor patterned cushions are self piped, made with hidden zip and filled a pad made of man-made fibres suitable for indoor-outdoor use.

Care & usage

Care

Our Indoor-Outdoor cushions are water-resistant, but not fully waterproof. To ensure long life, store inside when not in use, particularly during periods of strong sunlight, rain, cold, or damp weather.

Fermoie Indoor-Outdoor cushions are suitable for both machine washing and dry cleaning.

Washing: The pad can be removed prior to cleaning. We recommend using a gentle liquid detergent. Run a full load and wash on a short, cool (30°C/86°F) cycle. Hang to dry.

Dry-clean: We recommend using a professional dry cleaner.

As with our interior cushions, avoid stains, particularly from oily substances. There is currently no means of making cushions fully stain-proof without using PFOAS/PFCs and other ‘forever chemicals’, which are incompatible with our founding sustainability principles. We recommended taking the same care with our Indoor-Outdoor cushions as with our interior cushions.

Samples are sent next working day using Royal Mail.

Indoor cushions are made to order and shipped within 4 weeks, indoor-outdoor cushions within 5 weeks.

Upon shipping, you will receive an e-mail giving you the courier tracking reference.

Goods can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Note that goods need to be in original packaging and perfect condition.
