Florentine, which opened in April 2023, is already one of Stockholm’s most talked-about restaurants. This modern trattoria – which boasts a 360-drgee cocktail bar with over 1,000 different spirits – whisks guests from modern-day Sweden to the glamour, elegance and romance of 1970s Italy, and celebrates the glory days of disco culture with its theatrical, highly eclectic interior. The banquette seating is finished in Fermoie Savernake and Chiltern fabrics, chosen by owners Urban Italian Group for its playful design, inviting texture and joyful character.
