New York City Apartment

Celebrated US designer Brian J McCarthy has created beautiful homes for clients across the world since founding his eponymous firm in 1992. For the bedroom in their own New York City apartment, Brian and his partner, Daniel Sager, chose Fermoie Abbey Stripe in Ochre for the walls, paired with tonal shades of yellow, tan and russet. The design, which features small stylised details observed in nature, carved Norman arches and medieval paintings, is a perfect fit with an overall aesthetic based on artwork, colour and pattern.
