DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery and Delivery Charges

We use third party carriers. We aim to dispatch all fabric orders within 5 days from receipt of order. Accessories are made to order with a lead time of approximately three weeks.

All quoted delivery times are estimates only.

Our retail customers will incur no charge for deliveries within mainland UK.

All goods shall remain our property (notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk) until paid for.

Returns/Refunds

Fabrics; In the event that fabrics purchased from Fermoie are faulty, we will be happy to replace at no further charge. Receipt of faulty goods should be notified to Fermoie within 7 days of receipt and returned to Fermoie within 14 days. Costs of return of faulty goods will be covered by Fermoie.

All fabrics are printed to order and therefore returns of non faulty goods will attract a 25% return fee. We are unable to accept returned fabrics if cut from the roll on which they are sent.

Lighting and Cushions; In the event that accessories purchased from Fermoie are faulty we will be happy to replace at no charge or alternatively to refund the cost of purchase. Receipt of faulty goods should be notified to Fermoie within 7 days and returned to Fermoie within 14 days. Costs of return of faulty goods will be covered by Fermoie.

Returns of Lampshades, Lamps and cushions will be accepted providing items are in their original packaging, unused and in a fully re-saleable condition. Please inform Fermoie of your intention to return goods within 14 days of receipt and note that the return of goods in perfect condition will be the responsibility of the customer.
